Our Services

The Right System for Every Industrial Floor

We don't sell one product. We specify the correct resin system for your environment — load conditions, chemical exposure, hygiene requirements, and operational constraints all factored in from day one.

Specification-led. Installation-backed.

Every resin flooring project starts with a thorough site survey. We assess substrate condition, moisture levels, existing coatings, and the specific demands of your operation before recommending a system.

Our installation teams are fully trained and accredited. We work to minimise downtime, phase installations around your production schedule, and leave a floor that performs exactly as specified.

Epoxy Resin Flooring

The workhorse of industrial flooring.

Epoxy Resin Flooring

High-build epoxy systems are the most widely specified resin floor in industrial environments. They deliver exceptional compressive strength, chemical resistance, and a seamless, hygienic finish that's easy to clean and maintain.

Thickness

2–6mm typical

Compressive strength

Up to 80 N/mm²

Chemical resistance

Oils, fuels, mild acids

Finish options

Matt, satin, gloss, anti-slip broadcast

Typical applications

  • Warehouses and logistics facilities
  • Manufacturing and assembly areas
  • Automotive workshops
  • Pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments
  • Retail and commercial spaces
Polyurethane Screed

Built for the harshest thermal and chemical conditions.

Polyurethane Screed

Polyurethane screed is the system of choice where epoxy would fail — food production, cold stores, breweries, and any environment subject to thermal shock, steam cleaning, or aggressive chemical exposure. It bonds directly to concrete and resists cracking under extreme temperature cycling.

Thickness

6–9mm typical

Temperature range

-40°C to +120°C

Thermal shock

Excellent resistance

Hygiene

Coved skirting available

Typical applications

  • Food and beverage production
  • Cold stores and freezer rooms
  • Breweries and dairies
  • Commercial kitchens
  • Chemical processing facilities
Anti-Slip Coatings

HSE-compliant slip resistance where it matters most.

Anti-Slip Coatings

Slip and fall incidents are one of the most common causes of workplace injury. Our anti-slip resin systems use broadcast aggregate or textured finishes to achieve verified slip resistance ratings, meeting and exceeding HSE guidelines for wet and contaminated floor conditions.

Slip resistance

R10–R13 (DIN 51130)

Aggregate options

Aluminium oxide, quartz, flint

Base system

Epoxy or polyurethane

Compliance

HSE guidelines, BS 8204

Typical applications

  • Pedestrian walkways and crossings
  • Loading bays and ramps
  • Wet processing areas
  • External yard surfaces
  • Stairwells and mezzanine decks
Line Marking & Demarcation

Precision marking to BS EN standards.

Line Marking & Demarcation

Clear, durable floor marking is essential for safe and efficient warehouse and factory operations. We install line marking systems using high-build epoxy or polyurethane paint, applied with precision equipment to achieve sharp, consistent lines that withstand forklift traffic and heavy footfall.

Line width

50mm–200mm standard

Material

High-build epoxy or PU paint

Colours

Full RAL range available

Standards

BS EN ISO 3864, HSE guidance

Typical applications

  • Forklift and pedestrian lane separation
  • Loading bay and dock demarcation
  • Emergency exit and fire route marking
  • Racking and storage zone layouts
  • Hazard and exclusion zones

How we work

From survey to sign-off.

01

Site Survey

We visit your site, assess the substrate, measure moisture levels, and understand your operational requirements before recommending anything.

02

Specification

We produce a written specification detailing the system, preparation method, thickness, finish, and expected performance characteristics.

03

Installation

Our accredited installation teams work to your schedule — phased if needed — with full site safety compliance throughout.

04

Sign-off

We don't leave until the floor meets specification. Full documentation and aftercare guidance provided on completion.
